Refund policy

• Customers have the right to request a return or exchange of products within 14 business days from the date of order delivery.
• The return process takes 4 to 6 business days to be completed in full.
• All products can be returned or exchanged except:
• Car Coasters
• Tissue Box Covers

because these products are manufactured or printed specifically upon request, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The return process is done by sending a representative to collect the order from the customer, then the product is returned to us for inspection to ensure its condition, safety, and that it is free from any damage or use.
• After ensuring the product is in good condition and has passed inspection, the order amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the shipping cost.
• The shipping cost is deducted because the shipping process is considered a service that has already been performed, whether for delivery or return.
• The refund will be transferred to the customer via:

	• يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
	• تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع من 4 إلى 6 أيام عمل حتى يتم الانتهاء منها بالكامل.

	• تتم عملية الاسترجاع عن طريق إرسال مندوب لاستلام الأوردر من العميل، ثم يعود المنتج إلينا للفحص والتأكد من حالته وسلامته وعدم وجودٍ أي تلف أو استخدام.
	• بعد التأكد من سلامة المنتج واجتيازه الفحص، يتم تحويل قيمة الأوردر نلعميل بعد خصم تكلفة الشحن.
	• خصم تكلفة الشحن يتم لأن عملية الشحن تُعتبر خدمة منفذة بالفعل سواء في التوصيل أو الاسترجاع.
